Shaan Mirza
I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Sciences and am currently studying for a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Plymouth University. I am currently tutoring alongside my own studies. I have been tutoring science and maths since 2017 and prior to this date I have held other educational positions such as a classroom assistant and a student support assistant.
I am competent in my subjects and have exceptional communication skills which I use not only in relaying a subject to a student, but in building strong tutor-student rapports.
I have a great interest in the learning process and have researched extensively into a particular approach that I have found to be very successful across a wide variety of students. I am also proficient in helping students with exam techniques and strategies.
I am calm, sincere and friendly. I am very dedicated to helping others learn and providing a reliable and effective tutoring service.
